The flue gas uniform distribution tray is suitable for desulfurization projects with high flue gas sulfur content and uneven air flow in the tower. It is generally installed in the lower part of the spray layer or between the two spray layers, and can also be installed in other towers that require uniform air flow. The location is generally made of PP or stainless steel (316L, 2205, etc.). It has a uniform air flow, increases the gas-liquid contact area, and improves the desulfurization efficiency. Compared with the tray, the spray resistance can be about 100pa smaller, but the tray does not need to be lifted, and the efficiency is only 60-70% of that of a spray layer, which is generally equivalent to half a spray layer. Especially in the desulfurization project, the flue gas uniform distribution tray has a significant effect in desulfurization and efficiency.
