1. The demister in the desulfurization system usually consists of two parts, namely the demister body, the flushing system and the nozzle.
2. The body of the demister is assembled by the structure of demister blades, fixtures, clamps, brackets, etc. Its function is to trap liquid droplets and a small amount of dust in the flue gas, reduce the water in the flue gas, and prevent the vibration of the fan.
3. The arrangement of mist eliminators usually includes horizontal type, vertical type, roof type, etc. Generally, the ridge type layout is adopted for the occasions with higher flow velocity, and the vertical type layout is adopted for the flue at the horizontal section of the outlet of the absorption tower.
