Swirl pool effluent separator, also known as turbulator, is the latest high-performance dust removal and mist removal product used in flue gas desulfurization, ultra-low emission, flue gas whitening and dehydration requirements of flue gas treatment projects; by 316L grille It is composed of support, body, upper and lower fixed sealing device, and cleaning system.
In the ultra-low emission field, the configuration of the first-level vortex effusion separator can efficiently reduce the operating load of the wet electrostatic precipitator, and reduce the investment and operating costs of the wet electrostatic precipitator. Equipped with a two-stage vortex effluent separator, it can also directly replace the wet electrostatic precipitator to achieve ultra-low emission environmental protection.
In the field of flue gas whitening, the swirling pool liquid separator can collect the liquid droplets produced by the flue gas cooling with ultra-high efficiency, reduce the operating load of the rear equipment, and prevent the flue gas from passing through the final heating device. The generation or very small amount of visible gas ensures that the whitening project not only operates stably at temperatures above 0°C, but also can operate stably at temperatures below 0°C in winter.
*Limited droplet size describes the performance characteristics of the equipment, which refers to the minimum droplet size with a removal rate of 99.5% under relevant gas speed and operating conditions.
*The pressure drop of the demister should be as low as possible to ensure lower operating costs.
*Separation efficiency describes the ability of the mist eliminator to separate the number of droplets from the airflow, usually expressed by the maximum allowable inlet liquid volume and the remaining droplet content at the rear of the equipment.
