Plate-type mist eliminators are suitable for absorption towers with medium- and low-gas velocities. Typically, they feature a two-stage mist elimination system combined with either a three- or four-stage backwash design. Installed at the top of the absorption tower, these devices consist of standard modules and edge modules. Depending on actual operating conditions, a single-stage or multi-stage combination configuration can also be adopted.

Technical Features: Each set of demisters can achieve dual connections—both horizontal and vertical—within the desulfurization tower. Additionally, at the tower wall, they can be securely connected and fixed to the circumferential wall plates, ensuring a complete and integrated tower structure. As a result, the demisters attain high standards in terms of service life, pressure resistance, and mist removal efficiency.
